Do I need a visa to visit Russia?
Citizens of Chile (and most South American countries) do not need a visa to visit Russia. Visitors from other participating countries most likely need to obtain a visa in advance. Please contact the Russian embassy/consulate in your home country who will have further information on your specific visa requirements.
When should I book?
Once you have booked your flight tickets and accommodation, we recommend to arrange your airport transfers with LingoTaxi. You can book anytime in advance with us. For last-minute reservations, we cannot guarantee free capacities. You are welcome to contact our customer service in the chat (bottom right) if you have any questions regarding our services. The fares quoted on our website are per vehicle-load, not per passenger. 1 piece of luggage allowed per passenger.
How does the payment work?
LingoTaxi offers all customers to pay in advance by PayPal, credit card, Bitcoin or for customers from the EU, bank transfers. We serve customers on a first come, first served base. Therefore, we highly recommend to book and prepay as early as possible in order for us to be able to reserve your vehicle. We cannot guarantee available vehicles on last-minute reservations due to the high demand of transfers during this summer.
Important: All vehicle classes, except Economy and Comfort Class, have to be prepaid in advance.

*Tariff 2 (T2) is valid for transfers from/to the following train stations: Leningradsky (old name: Oktyabrskaya). This is where all trains bound for St. Petersburg arrive and depart.
