Partial Prepayment

Our customers can choose to pay a part of their transfer or tour online in advance. You can keep peace of mind by knowing that your transfer has been partially prepaid and arranged. Upon arrival, customers can pay the outstanding amount in cash directly to the driver.

When receiving an reservation confirmation and the driver details, our system will automatically show you the open amounts accordingly.

LingoTaxi offers a partial prepayment of all airport, train and port transfers as well as tours in Europe of 25%. The outstanding 75% of the transfer fare can be paid directly in cash to the driver or guide.

Our general cancellation policy applies.

Partial prepayments can be fulfilled with paying with any debit/credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay or other options (see list below). Advance payments include an additional 3.5% administration fee.

Full Prepayment

Our customers can choose to pay their transfer comfortably and fully in advance. Therefore, we currently offer the following payment options:

  • Any Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • giropay (Germany)
  • iDEAL (the Netherlands)
  • Bancontact (Belgium)
  • EPS (Austria)

Once we receive a reservation, our customers will receive an invoice for easy online payment through our system. Payments in advance include an additional 3.5% administration fee.

Cash to the driver

Our customers in Russia and Ukraine can pay in cash directly to the driver at the end of each transfer in Euro, US Dollar or local currency. Fares in Ukraine are fixed in Euro. Our prices for Russia are fixed in Russian Rubles. If you wish to pay in another currency, please note that the final fare (e.g. in USD) depends on the exchange rate of the day of transfer.

Please be advised that our drivers only accept clean foreign bank notes, no coins or torn bank notes, as it is impossible to exchange US Dollar or Euro coins (or torn bank notes) in Russia. In case the amount exceeds the taxi fare, drivers will have change only in Rubles (Russia) or Hryvnia (Ukraine).

For transportation needs in Brazil, currently only payment in advance is possible.
