You can make a reservation by various ways such as filling out our online reservation form, contacting us by means of our 24/7 live chat, calling us by telephone or simply by sending us an email to [email protected]
All our standard fares are listed on the articles listed below. If you have any unusual requests or cannot find what you are looking for, be welcome to contact us anytime!
We accept payment in Euro, US Dollar or local currency. You can simply pay cash directly to your driver at the end of your transfer or in advance via PayPal (an invoice will be sent to you shortly after reservation has been confirmed by our team).
After you have submitted an online reservation you will receive a binding reservation confirmation by email within 30 minutes. In case no chauffeur is available for your transfer (e.g. with regard to last-minute reservations) you will receive a cancellation confirmation.
LingoTaxi is a professional, specialized service with solely English-speaking chauffeurs. We do not have official desks at the airports. The minimum time to book in advance is 3 hours. We cannot always guarantee available vehicles on short notice. We highly recommend all our customers to make an online reservation in advance, so we can make sure an English-speaking chauffeur will be available for you to already meet you at the arrival hall with a name board once you cleared customs and received your luggage.
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall of the airport. The driver will use a name board with the name indicated by you during the reservation process. Next to that, several hours before the pick up, our dispatchers will send you an e-mail with information regarding your driver (e.g. name and mobile phone number). Please see your reservation confirmation and the follow-up driver details e-mail for further information.
If you cannot find your driver immediately, you must contact us or the driver by telephone. Most airports also offer free Wi-Fi to contact us by e-mail, or you can always ask at the airport information desk to give our customer service a short call. Our dispatchers will make sure the driver will be locating you immediately.
Hotel Pick Up
Your driver will meet you in the lobby of the hotel (near the reception desk).
Railway Station Pick Up
Your driver will meet you on the platform near the carriage (if you indicated the carriage number) or at the exit of the platform. The driver will use a name board with the name indicated by you during the reservation process.
In all countries, the law states that children under 13 years (8 years in Brazil) have to be transported in a baby/booster seat. It is the customer’s responsibility, when making a reservation, to add how many children will be traveling and what age they are, and to arrange for respective baby/booster seats either themselves or order this additional service through LingoTaxi.
We recommend to plan a pick up time in Moscow, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo approximately 4 hours before the flight departure.
In Kiev, Riga and Saint Petersburg, we recommend a pick up time approximately 3 hours before flight departure.
9. What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation at any time by providing your reservation ID to us by telephone or e-mail. Please note that cancellations are only valid after you have received a cancellation confirmation by e-mail from our team.
Conditions regarding Cancellation
For further details, please have a look at §5 of our Terms. Cancellations or changes must be notified to us minimum four (4) hours prior to the actual pick-up time. For cancellations less than four (4) hours before the transfer pick-up time, the client will be charged with 100% of the transfer fare as cancellation fee.
