In case of flight delay, we do not charge our customers any additional costs. Our drivers track the flight status online and arrive to the airport arrival hall once your flight landed.
In case you already know that your flight will be delayed before take-off, you can simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the information regarding your delay, so our dispatcher service can plan ahead and inform your driver on time.
The 1 hour waiting time which is included in our transfer fare starts once the flight actually landed.
